Restart your browser

Microphone/Camera
Allow Desktop Apps To Access Your Microphone/Camera
Make sure your browser is allowed
Refresh
On Nooks, click the Lock Icon next to the URL and ensure camera and microphone are allowed.
Make sure no other application is using your camera/microphone. Windows only allows 1 application at a time to access your camera/microphone.
If all of the above is set, but you are still seeing the problem, please contact us via the blue button in the bottom right of Nooks.
