1) System Permissions

MacOS:

  1. System Preferences

  2. Security & Privacy

  3. Privacy Tab

  4. Camera/Microphone

  5. Make sure your browser is allowed

  6. Restart your browser

Windows:

  1. Settings

  2. Privacy

  3. Microphone/Camera

  4. Allow Desktop Apps To Access Your Microphone/Camera

  5. Make sure your browser is allowed

  6. Refresh

2) Browser Permissions

On Nooks, click the Lock Icon next to the URL and ensure camera and microphone are allowed.

Windows Users:

Make sure no other application is using your camera/microphone. Windows only allows 1 application at a time to access your camera/microphone.
